The prospect of having to wait all week until you can dive on the weekend will disappear, as night diving becomes even more viable during Winter months.
The Fun Part
The Pro-Dive Central Coast Night and Limited Visibility Diver Course, is intended to help you develop the skills, knowledge and techniques, so vital to your fun and safe participation in all your night dives.
What You Learn
Learn the tips, tricks and ways about specific equipment handling, night time communication, specialised equipment and night time signals.
Night diving will open up a whole new dimension to all divers.
The Scuba Gear You Use
You use all the basic scuba gear, depending on what type of diving you will be doing at night.
You may also want to use underwater photography equipment, DPV's (underwater scooters), a dry suit, lift bags, dive float, line or other specialty gear.
You will need to supply your own primary and back up torch for the two night dives.
Completing the online learning program, you will learn the important do’s and don’ts of diving at night including:
course terminology, etiquette, safety and procedures.
Complete your online registration process
Finalise the online Night academics section, quick quizzes and exam.
Have a minimum of four hours logged underwater, whilst using open circuit equipment.
Have an Open Water Diver 20 certification or equivalent certification from a recognised training agency.
Be a minimum of 15 years old
You must possess and use your own personal;
Mask, snorkel, boots and fins
Torch and back up light
Safety sausage or SMB & Reel
Your Next Adventure
Just about any specialty course can be taken in conjunction with the Night Diver course.

Pro Dive Central Coast is able to issue:
Statements of Attainment for the following, nationally recognised Training Units of Competency, under the Outdoor Recreation Industry Recreation Training Package (SR003)-
on all our Open water courses by completing these additional requirements:
SROODR002A Plan outdoor recreation activities
SROODR002B Plan for minimal environmental impact.
