PRO-DIVE is the worlds leader in SCUBA diver training
Learn to SCUBA dive
Learning to scuba dive is a wonderful experience and I can teach you to become a scuba diver today.
"G' Day!
My name is Bob Diaz from Pro-Dive Central Coast, I have been teaching people like yourself to scuba dive using the most up-to-date training techniques and equipment for over twenty five years"-
Along with Tony, we lead the first and only father and son, full time scuba training team on the NSW Central Coast.
"I want you to have fun whilst at the same time, I will make certain you are ready to scuba dive safely by becoming comfortable in the water using the skills and equipment I will show you".
Imagine yourself kneeling down on the sand feeding hundreds of small fish with crumbs of bread from your hands. Have a look around at the small stingrays swimming by and the tiny fish with whiskers fanning through the sand looking for worms whilst the Blue Gropers tempt you with their eyes to feed them.
You can start learning to dive today on the New South Wales, Central Coast by reading the PADI Dive Manual, answering the easy quizzes and completing the modular knowledge reviews.
Whichever method you choose, you will be credited for starting your course today.
You can start learning at our own pace and in your own time.
On your chosen start date, bring your knowledge reviews with you to the Dive Centre and you can be scuba diving underwater that day. It's that simple!
All scuba equipment is provided for your use during the Pro-Dive Central Coast Open Water Diver Course. Owning your own snorkelling or scuba equipment at this point in time is not so important.
Your instructor will go over your knowledge reviews with you and at this time offer you many suggestions for any equipment purchases you may wish to make.
At this time, you may want to purchase your own snorkelling equipment and pay for your learn to dive course using our exclusive No deposit- 12 months interest free, with payment options for your purchases. (Cond. apply)
You will enjoy learning to scuba dive with Pro-Dive.
We include more in-pool time with our students than all other training groups. Our aim is to make you more comfortable in water, not just underwater.
Should we need to spend more time in the pool to hone your scuba skills, that is not a problem. We own the pool!
Who wants to go to a public pool, pay pool entry, be hassled by other swimmers, worry about your personal belongings, cram into a single lane to learn how to scuba dive, only to find your head never goes underwater, unless you lay on your stomach or double over at the hips.
That won’t happen at Pro-Dive. We have our own purpose built, indoor heated diver training pool, with a minimum depth of 1.2 metres at the shallow end and a 3 metre deep end.
Pro-Dive has a goal in mind and take pride to educate people to scuba dive, not process people through a scuba diving system. This is our greatest difference to most other diver training centres! They may issue PADI certification, but as a PADI 5 Star Dive Centre, our experienced dive instructors ensure you will exceed those minimum standards and at the end of the day, you will become a more confident and relaxed diver.
Scuba skills build upon themselves until they become instinctive. This takes time and as Pro-Dive have the only purpose built indoor, heated 3 metre deep training pool on the coast.
Time is never hurried, nor wasted waiting in line.
You will only need to provide your own transport, a dive medical that you can download here. Four passport-type colour photos and your swimming gear, towels, etc.
Please Note: Doctors on the SPUMS list have different practices and may not take extra patients for dive examinations.
