It is easy to forget they are the visitor and should take care and consideration when using such vehicles.

What You Learn
There is one theory session with two dives using DPV's with your Pro-Dive Propulsion Vehicle Driver Specialty Instructor.
During this course you will learn the safe procedures of proper maintenance and operation as well as safe fun diving skills.
The Scuba Gear You Use
You use all the basic scuba gear, There are many different types of underwater carriages and we explore to some extent the history from World War II to today's modern units.
The Learning Materials You Need
Diver Propulsion Vehicle Driver is a convenient and fun way to
explore the underwater world.
By reviewing the PADI Manual and DVD, you will learn the important do’s and don’ts of driving an underwater vehicle including: course terminology, etiquette, safety and procedures.
Prerequisites
Must be a PADI Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver.
Your Next Adventure
Depending on what type of diving you will be doing, you may also want to use a dry suit, lift bags, dive float, line or other specialty gear. You can do many types of diving which can help you reach the coveted Master Scuba diver rating.
