Wreck Diver

What compels divers to seek out and explore the carcasses of dead ships?

Once a pursuit stemmed solely from greed, now the attraction is mystery and the allure as history unfolds.

The Pro-Dive Central Coast Wreck Divers Course covers such aspects of practical knowledge, raises awareness of social and legal issues.

Diving on and inside sunken wrecks can be quite hazardous.
The Pro-Dive Wreck Diver Course shows you the correct procedures to safely dive in and around sunken wrecks, having a great time and enjoying your dives.

We have several videos on wrecks and after your have completed the knowledge reviews from your Adventures in Diving Manual, the two theory sessions will become more interesting and fun.
You will complete four scuba dives on local wrecks (hire gear is available).

Every year we head off overseas to dive on wrecks like the SS President Coolidge in Espirito Santo (Vanuatu), The Aaron Ward in the Solomon islands, Truk lagoon and its many wrecks as well as Palau and Saipan.

Then closer to home the wreck of the Yongala off Townsville along with the new ex HMAS Brisbane off Mooloolabah.

Wreck diving is fun, adventurous and above all very interesting. History and mystery surround all wrecks and finding the answer can be half the fun of the dive.
