The Central Coasts' really true life aquarium filled with schools of thousands of fish and so many different types of marine life you are hard pressed not to see something that doesn't amaze you.
Here you will dive with so many different species of fish surrounding you, the aquarium effect quickly occurs and mesmerises all divers.
This is a small reef located only minutes from the boat ramp and quite easy to find. There are large Blue Gropers which will escort you as you dive under the many overhangs, crevices and swim thrus.
All filled with so much marine life you will find it very hard to leave.
An ideal photo opportunity ranging from wide angle to macro- It is common for the resident Wobby to come and lay beside you as you hand feed the fish-
Even more astonishing to watch, as it never seems to bother the divers.
Give it a Pilchard to keep it happy.
Bleekers' Blue Devil fish hide under the rocks and Moray eels slither over the wall also looking for a tidbit.
Divers are able to spend a considerable amount of time at this site as the shallow depths allow for multi level diving if necessary.
Two poles is a great dive and one of the few that I constantly refer to in Open water classes, as it fills the gaps that new divers are looking for, to start their diving adventures with.
Two Poles offers all divers something, be it small fish, sessile communities or benthic fish in the sand channel and over on the southern side of the reef.
Kelp grounds that hide Weedy Sea dragons, Slipper Cray's, Banjo rays or clusters of compound Ascidians- they are all here.
