Returns
Pro-Dive Central Coast is very happy to refund or
exchange products sent to you, that are not as we have described them. Sizing is
an issue you will need to bear in mind. Return Postage is payable by
yourself.
To expedite your product concerns and help you to avoid
delays, please read the following returns activity.
If at any time
during this process, you feel Pro-Dive Central Coast is not doing

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and
fill in the Returns Form below. Please return the product in its original
condition with the tags intact and in the original packaging. The item must
be returned in a saleable condition comparable to what you would have received
in the first instance.
We will also need a copy of your order
confirmation record and goods receipt.

Change of mind is not a valid reason
for return.
* For damages upon delivery, please report this to your
delivery contractor in the first instance.
Should you have taken out postage insurance- please include
postage claim form reciept.
