When you are looking for dive travel advice, you need too talk to someone who has actually been to the place you are enquiring about?

Talking to someone who merely calls a travel agent and gets second hand wisdom- worse still, someone who reads a travel brochure verbatim.

Bob Diaz our own travel expert, has traveled the far corners of the world, Bob has dived in almost every sea and ocean but, there are still three major seas he hasn't dived or swam in- But who wants to dive in the Dead Sea?

Dive operators do change, more hotels get built, even the reefs you dive on can change through natural or human development.

We travel the top spots as well as, far out of the way sites that may tickle your fancy.

Every year a different destination is chosen, researched and then the planning commences. This time is needed to take in all the best tourist spots, that visitors would love to visit.

When you come along on our getaways, you get to experience the best of the underwater world, you can be assured of quality accomodation, awesome diving and fast economical travel arrangements.

Weekend Getaways usually include:
Two nights share accommodation
Light Breakfasts
Two double boat dives
Air fills
Mid dive snacks
Experienced tour leader.

Pro-Dive Central Coast dive getaways are escorted by experienced diver escorts.

They have visited the destination earlier, to find the best value venues for your holiday enjoyment. Please be aware that getaways do not include meals, transport, hire equipment etc unless stated.
A non refundable $100 deposit is payable to confirm your booking on any local getaway unless stated otherwise.

Your local getaway must be paid in full 14 days before departure.

Our getaways are very popular and there are many times when, someone wants to travel with us and the position has been reserved. Your position will be resold to the first reserve on the waiting list should you not finalise your position within, 14 days of the intended departure date.

Overseas getaways require a $1000 non refundable deposit- Full payment is always required, 60 days before departure. Bookings must be confirmed on our escorted booking form. If you have not filled out a booking form, you are not confirmed- Check with Dive centre for additional conditions.

Booking Policy..
$1000 deposit required at time of booking.
Balance of payment is required 50 calendar days prior to departure.

Balance of payments not received within 45 calendar days of departure-
Deposits will be forfeited and a reserve will be given your position on the trip.

Credit card charges
Visa or Master card- 1.5%
Amex and Diners Card 3%
Surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
Cheque's accepted.
To save on credit card fees, payment is available directly to the Travel providers banking account. Details available upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should a trip be cancelled by PRO DIVE CENTRAL COAST P/L, a refund less a $200 admin fee will be available.
All refunds must be authorised by the management of PRO-DIVE CENTRAL COAST P/L.

Travel Insurance..
It is strongly recommended that Travel Insurance be arranged in case of illness, accident, loss of luggage or other unforeseen events that may force your trip cancellation. Travel insurance brochure

Luggage allowance...
Please check the luggage allowance as per your flight details. A maximum of two bags with a 7 Kg limit on cabin bags. Some airlines have a "Sports gear allowance" whereby, scuba equipment packed in a dive bag is checked in at 5 kg's of your total allowance.

No bag should be over 32 Kg's.
If you cannot stay under the allowance, you may be forced to leave behind some equipment or pay an excess baggage fee that can be quite expensive.

Check your ticket- The same allowance may not apply for the entire trip, for example- Lord Howe Island allows a total of 14 Kg's per person.

Book your airfare early-
The Australian dollar is constantly fluctuating- Overseas destinations generally tie into the US Dollar. To avoid disappointment, book as soon as practicable for "early bird" flight specials.
