Shipping & Returns Policy

You may return items post paid, within seven days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of posting your package.
In most cases you will receive a quicker refund.

Time period includes, the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (allow 5 to 10 business days), Time it takes for us to process your return, once we receive it (allow 3 to 5 business days)
Time it takes PayPal to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply send an email stating your concern.
We will notify you via return e-mail, when we have received and processed your returned item.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below.
If all conditions are not met, Pro-Dive reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.

All returned items must:

  • Be in new condition, in their original, unaltered box.
  • Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Post Paid with tracking information.


We are not responsible for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Mis-handling of products or ill-treatment of goods.
  • Use of goods for not intended purpose.
  • Use of equipment without proper training.
  • Wrong assembly procedures.
  • Wilful damage to product.
  • Personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise.
  • Postage or shipping charges.

Lost or stolen equipment

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit, must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Close out Sales and Non-returnable Items

We will offer you an exchange, provided same item is available.
Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the online store, as NON RETURNABLE, is as such.


Defective items

  • All items are inspected and checked prior to despatch.
  • Any item returned will be inspected as to ascertain fault.
  • Items will be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • Products broken by misuse or improper use, are not grounds for refund or repair. 

Returns & Exchanges

Return items must be authorised before dispatch by client 
Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post mark, via registered mail or Parcel Post with tracking info.
We are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit. 
Item to be returned wtihin 14 days

All returns must be POST PAID.
COD or RECEIVER PAID will not be accepted.

Please include copies of the following with your package:

  • Detailed notes as to reasons of the return.
  • Copy of your original receipt
  • Copy of original Paypal payment slip


Damage in transit

Detailed, digital photos will assist you to make a claim for, in transit damages.


Out of Stock items

We will make every attempt to ensure the online store, is kept up to date.
Some items do sell rapidly, whilst others have an extended lead time-
Should a product be out of stock for an extended period of time, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, generally same day as order is received.


International Shipping

We can ship products to most international addresses.

When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items, are weight-based.

The weight of items can be found on the items detail page.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.
Australia Post is the most often used.

Please be aware before purchase-
We will not refund freight on international orders, for any reason.

Note:  Some products are restricted from sale in various countries, whilst some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will notify you, if this is the case.


  • All items must be returned in original and unused condition.
  • Must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or invoice.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed


Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will credit your account.
Please allow up to 21 days for a credit to appear on your Paypal account from the received articles date or return.
We will only issue your refund in the same way, you made the original purchase.
