You may return items post paid, within seven days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of posting your package.
In most cases you will receive a quicker refund.
Time period includes, the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (allow 5 to 10 business days), Time it takes for us to process your return, once we receive it (allow 3 to 5 business days)

Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the online store, as NON RETURNABLE, is as such.
Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post mark, via registered mail with tracking info.
We are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit.

Some items do sell rapidly, whilst others have an extended lead time-
Should a product be out of stock for an extended period of time, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, generally same day as order is received.
We can ship products to most international addresses.
When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We will not refund freight on international orders, for any reason.
Note: Some products are restricted from sale in various countries, whilst some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will notify you, if this is the case.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will credit your account.
Please allow up to 21 days for a credit to appear on your Paypal account from the received articles date or return.
