1. These Terms
1.1 You agree to these terms when you purchase, redeem, enquire or attempt to use a gift voucher.
1.2 The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.
1.3 Where you purchase these gift vouchers as a personal or business gift, or for other business uses approved by the issuer, you must ensure that the end gift voucher holder is made aware of these terms, including the expiry date.
2. Purchase of Gift Voucher
2.1 The Issuer issues electronic gift vouchers only online
2.2 Gift vouchers may be purchased from the issuer, Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L www.prodivecentralcoast.com.au
3. Redemption of Gift Voucher
3.1 A gift voucher has no value unless payment has been made.
3.2 A gift voucher may be redeemed only for goods and services purchased from Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L www.prodivecentralcoast.com.au
3.4 If the purchase price exceeds the balance of the gift voucher, the gift voucher holder must pay the difference using another payment method. No change will be given and any balance on the gift voucher may only be used in whole or in part against future purchases.
4. Expiry Date
4.1 A gift voucher expires 36 months from date of issue.
4.2 Any balance remaining on a gift voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the gift voucher holder.
5. Exclusions
5.1 A gift voucher cannot be reloaded, used for cash advances or redeemed for cash.
5.2 A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
5.3 A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for a different brand, denomination or type of gift voucher.
6. Transaction Enquiries
6.1 The gift voucher balance and expiry date may not be adjusted.
7. Lost and stolen gift vouchers
7.1 A gift voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.
7.2 A gift voucher will only be reissued, refunded or honoured where the gift voucher is shown to be damaged due to the fault of the issuer, or where there has been a breach of any condition or warranty implied under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Liability
8.1 Gift voucher holders are responsible for the use and safety of their gift voucher at all times.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, the issuer and it's related entities are not liable to any person for any loss or damage (including direct or consequential loss), nor will they be in default of these terms for failure to observe or perform any of their obligations under these terms, for any reason or cause, which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented.
9. Promotion Activities
9.1 The issuer does not permit the use of gift vouchers in connection with any marketing, promotion or advertising activities without prior written consent of the issuer.
9.2 Gift vouchers may not be used in a manner that implies that a person, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by or affiliated with the issuer or any of their related entities.
10. Privacy
10.1 Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase or redemption of a gift voucher. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.
11. Enquiries and Complaints
11.1 Where a person has a complaint or enquiry about gift vouchers, they should contact the issuer at info@prodivecentralcoast.com.au

In a nutshell!

- Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

– Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L www.prodivecentralcoast.com.au

– Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

- Gift vouchers will not be refunded for change of mind, vouchers can be redeemed in store for products of equivalent value.

– If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

– If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.

– Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L or email to info@prodivecentralcoast.com.au providing all details including proof of purchase, gift voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.

– Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher.

- The gift voucher remains our property.

– Pro-Dive Central Coast P/L can vary or replace these conditions from time to time to comply with legal rulings.
